About the Role
Join Parsons Corporation as a Planning / Scheduling Manager, where you will manage the development, updating, and oversight of integrated project schedules specifically for terminal construction projects. Work within a culture that values innovation, agility, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update detailed construction timelines and plans to recover delays.
- Coordinate and integrate schedules across various contractors and project stakeholders.
- Track critical path tasks and analyze trends in work productivity.
- Assist in the measurement of project progress and preparation of earned value reports.
- Perform schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Produce upcoming work schedules and create executive dashboards for reporting purposes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of fifteen years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably on major aviation projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software and solid understanding of scheduling principles and methodology.
- Background in aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
