About the Role
We are collaborating with a reputable and diverse Saudi organization based in Dammam to recruit a Human Resources Development Specialist within its expanding HR team. This role offers an exciting chance for an enthusiastic HR professional keen to advance beyond basic training coordination and actively contribute to enhancing employee skills, competencies, and performance across a substantial operational workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with HR and operational leaders to detect training and competency gaps within the workforce.
- Organize effective training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job development programs.
- Assist in creating competency frameworks tailored for operational and supervisory personnel.
- Facilitate employee advancement via structured performance and development plans.
- Support initiatives relating to career growth and succession planning.
- Evaluate training outcomes and utilize insights to refine development programs continuously.
- Participate in broader HR development and employee engagement activities across multiple sites and departments.
Candidate Profile
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Available for immediate joining.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Bring between three to five years of experience in HR Development, Learning and Development, or Training roles.
- Practical experience in training needs analysis, competency development, and employee growth.
- Prior involvement with operational, support-services, or labor-intensive workforce environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
