About the Role

We are seeking a Saudi National Finance Manager to join a prominent and multifaceted Saudi group based in Dammam. This position is integral to a major transformation phase, focusing on enhancing the Finance department's capacity through comprehensive operational exposure spanning financial planning, analysis, reporting, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting activities to align with business goals.
• Supervise financial outcomes by comparing actuals against budgets and strategic plans.
• Manage profit and loss statements, financial reporting, and generation of management information.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
• Enhance the robustness of financial controls, governance, and reporting standards.
• Investigate cost behavior, variances, and overall financial results to pinpoint necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure punctual and precise closing of monthly and periodic financial reports.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and various operational departments.
• Optimize the use of ERP systems and financial reporting tools for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Champion continuous enhancements in Finance processes, controls, and reporting methodologies.
• Offer guidance and leadership to the broader Finance team.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Have over 10 years of advanced experience in Finance, with proven leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrate extensive skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience managing P&L statements and driving financial performance.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis and management reporting.
• Proficient with ERP platforms and financial reporting software.
• Adept at building effective partnerships with senior managers and operational teams.
• Experience in multi-entity or shared-services organizations with operational diversity is highly beneficial.
• Professional certifications like CMA, CPA, SOCPA, or ACCA are advantageous though not mandatory.
