About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Director with exceptional interpersonal abilities to manage our HR team and ensure the effectiveness and alignment of human resource initiatives with the company's overall strategic goals. This role demands oversight of HR personnel, resolution of employee conflicts, facilitation of employee development, enhancement of job satisfaction, design of onboarding processes, and execution of HR strategies that foster business objectives.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for forecasting recruitment needs, mitigating organizational risks, structuring competitive benefit schemes, maintaining comprehensive employee records, managing HR budgets, establishing accountability frameworks, and overseeing complete employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute human resources policies aligned with company goals.
- Support and drive strategic business objectives through HR initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage employment contract negotiations.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee employee wellness programs and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Motivate and provide support to existing workforce.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and manage employee benefits administration.
- Assess staffing demands, develop precise job descriptions, and spearhead training programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.

- Experience managing budgets responsibly.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
