KENITH Motors LLP operates Royal Enfield dealerships located in Jaipur and Bassi, seeking a skilled and accountable Human Resources Manager to contribute to our expanding team.

Experience and Background

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of direct HR experience, with preference given to those who have worked in automobile or two-wheeler dealerships or retail sectors. Key areas of expertise include recruitment, payroll management, employee engagement, performance supervision, and HR operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and synchronize payroll activities
• Handle performance assessments and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate employee training and professional development initiatives
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records accurately
• Address and resolve staff grievances
• Plan workforce requirements for sales, workshop, and support departments
• Enforce the implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Excellent communication and people management abilities
• Solid understanding of HR operational practices
• A proactive mindset focused on achieving results
• Prior experience in the automobile or dealership industry is advantageous
