Resident Engineer - Highways

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Roads Resident Engineer to join a significant Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) project based in Dubai. The role involves close collaboration with an international consultancy to oversee the construction phase of a major highways and bridges/underpass development located centrally in Dubai as part of the country's infrastructure enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on highways, bridges, and underpass works closely with global consultants.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must speak Arabic fluently.
• Minimum of 20 years of professional experience following graduation.
• Prior involvement in projects within the UAE, especially engagements with government entities and the private sector.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions is essential.
• Experience on RTA projects is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Conditions and Additional Information

• 6 working days per week schedule.
• This role pertains to a newly awarded live major infrastructure project in Dubai.
