Quality Inspector

Overview

As a Quality Inspector, you will perform on-site inspections to verify that materials and workmanship conform to project specifications, standards, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection activities for road construction, including earthworks, subgrade, GSB, sub-base, and asphalt layers.
• Confirm that materials comply with approved specifications and test outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain daily inspection records and checklists.
• Collaborate with contractors to resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and enhance build quality.
• Engage in inspection processes alongside client and consultant representatives.
• Ensure adherence to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and project Quality Control protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Between 3 and 7 years of quality control experience in road or highway construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction materials, testing methods, and applicable standards.
• Excellent skills in documentation and reporting.
