Role Overview

The Property Manager position at the Cambridge village involves full-time responsibility (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) for managing a team charged with ensuring the upkeep, compliance, and maintenance of the village’s properties, grounds, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations including maintenance and repair work
  • Manage refurbishment projects, coordinate contractors, and supervise ongoing initiatives
  • Plan property and asset maintenance strategies
  • Engage with residents to address concerns and gather feedback to maintain outstanding living standards

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • A relevant trade qualification coupled with extensive experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of complex building systems and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Competent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven leadership capabilities in guiding teams towards excellent customer service delivery
  • Excellent communication skills for fostering positive relationships with residents and village staff
