Role Overview

We seek a talented Management Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting corporate and executive functions. Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, your responsibilities will include monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, strategic and financial analyses, and delivering management accounting services through business partnering. This role requires collaboration with various managers to provide data-driven guidance that aids decision-making and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly corporate financial reporting and process management.
• Contribute to company's budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business initiatives.
• Support organizational decision-making through business partnering.
• Consolidate financial results and prepare reports for the board.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA, CPA, CIMA, or comparable experience.
• Over two years' post-graduate relevant accounting experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Foundational knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Experience in dashboard creation, scorecard management, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills across financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
• Familiarity with Technology One financial systems, Power BI, and IBM Analytics TM1 is advantageous.
