Role Overview

This senior position requires managing multiple platform projects concurrently, ensuring high standards without delays. You will oversee cross-functional teams and vendors, establish operational workflows for clients, and take full accountability for delivery across the portfolio.

Key Duties

• Simultaneously lead several platform projects, balancing resources, priorities, and schedules to avoid any slippage.
• Direct daily activities and resolve obstacles within cross-functional and vendor teams, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Plan and schedule all related work streams systematically.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs effectively.
• Track milestones and coordinate with vendors consistently.
• Enforce change-control governance to maintain project integrity.
• Generate and update communication plans, regular reports, escalation frameworks, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor budgets and resources, optimizing allocation and financial responsibility.
• Engage with stakeholders to align expectations and business goals.
• Ensure quality and compliance with standards, regulations, and contractual terms.
• Manage dependencies across teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflows.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans proactively.
• Oversee adoption strategies and training efforts related to SaaS rollouts.
• Execute additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• 8 to 10 years of substantial project management experience managing complex concurrent projects, ideally in enterprise SaaS delivery.
• PMP certification is a mandatory qualification.
• Proven leadership managing diverse teams and vendors across simultaneous work streams.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation projects.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced startup environments, with excellent self-management and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in AI tools like Claude Code to enhance productivity and work quality.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture is advantageous.
• Bilingual abilities in Arabic and English preferred.
• Experience delivering projects for the public sector in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
