Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over six years of expertise in managing substantial projects within the Banking or Financial Services domain. The role demands leadership in enterprise technology transformations and collaborative stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale technology projects, particularly in Banking or Financial Services sectors.
• Manage enterprise-wide transformation programs ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee project governance including Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) management, budgeting, and financial monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee third-party vendor contributions to project outcomes.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies to guide project execution effectively.
• Maintain proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise delivery frameworks to project management processes.

Requirements

• At least six years of solid project management experience in banking or financial services projects.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum and SAFe.
• Familiarity with project governance and financial oversight including budgeting and RAID management.
• Experience managing diverse teams and third-party vendors effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe.
• Experience in domains like Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Core Banking, or Risk Transformation.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, data management, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong capability in supervising enterprise vendors and third-party delivery partners.
