Business Unit Overview
The Operations team at Superloop functions as the company's core, accountable for upholding and supporting the full range of products and internal technical infrastructure. This team ensures technical capacity and capability are aligned to serve all customers—from Home Broadband users to international wholesale clients.
The Delivery team bridges sales with billing functions by optimizing sales operations, facilitating efficient customer service delivery across all product lines, managing network provisioning and configuration, and offering strategic and executive support to the two main revenue streams. A customer-centric focus is imperative to maintain Superloop’s position as a preferred telecommunications provider.
Role Purpose
The Project Manager leads comprehensive project oversight for Superloop’s Business clients, including planning, implementation, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. They hold accountability for managing project scope, allocating resources, and ensuring project outcomes meet defined success criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage resource planning, availability, and allocation based on project demands and backlog.
- Ensure timely project delivery within scoped boundaries.
- Convert project scope and requirements into actionable tasks, scheduling and assigning activities accordingly.
- Develop detailed project plans for progress tracking.
- Report project scope, timing, or cost changes promptly to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks or issues, and communicate findings.
- Establish and sustain partnerships with third-party vendors.
- Prepare and upkeep thorough project documentation.
- Support Operations by coordinating managed services onboarding and fulfilling additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 to 7 years of project management experience using established methodologies.
- Familiarity with implementing PMO standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise managing projects within telecommunications and IT sectors.
- Strong technical foundation with knowledge or hands-on experience in networking and systems technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and negotiation.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related fields.
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE II is highly beneficial.
- Experience in change management within a PMO context is advantageous.
