Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Control Manager to lead the formulation and execution of project planning, reporting, and governance strategies for the planning and construction of a sophisticated, large-scale data center campus. This position is accountable for ensuring adherence to both industry standards and internal company policies.
The role ensures consistent application of processes, policies, and systems required for efficient project controls management across all projects within the programme.
- Develop and lead the deployment of a comprehensive project planning, reporting, and governance framework aligned with organizational goals and global standards.
- Set governance protocols, policies, and performance benchmarks for all projects under the programme.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity in programme management and reporting throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through active leadership participation, empowering the workforce, and implementing behavioural safety initiatives.
- Create and apply standardized programme-wide policies, procedures, systems, and controls relevant to project controls management.
- Standardize document management workflows across the entire programme to ensure consistency.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent academic qualification.
- A relevant professional certification or chartered status.
- Over seven years of substantial professional experience, including comprehensive delivery of data centers or complex engineering projects that encompass the full project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in managing programming and reporting within large-scale construction, infrastructure projects, or data center environments.
