A prominent architecture and interior design firm based in Dublin 2 is seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team. The firm has had a successful year and anticipates further growth, aiming to hire individuals with at least five years of post-qualification experience in residential architecture, particularly on medium to large scale projects.
Responsibilities
The role demands daily use of Revit within a well-established BIM environment and flexibility to learn additional software as required. The Project Architect will need to oversee residential projects from RIAI Stage 3 onwards, ensuring technical excellence. Experience with on-site project involvement is valued and should be embraced as part of the role. The candidate must independently manage workloads, adhere to deadlines, adapt rapidly to changing priorities, and maintain effective communication with team members and consultants to achieve optimal project outcomes.
