Job description
Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Proficient use of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop software.
- Creating precise and comprehensive construction drawings that fully comply with the original design.
- Accurate measurement drawing and detailed recording on execution plans with complete integration of drawings.
- Writing specifications and quantity take-offs for finalized designs.
- Strict adherence to project delivery deadlines.
- Organizing files and delivering them in a professional manner.
- Ability to quickly implement modifications.
- Opening and editing scenes, managing models and materials, and performing minor rendering adjustments.
Additional Information
A portfolio demonstrating rendering work and execution drawings is mandatory.
