Interior Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to create innovative and appealing interior designs tailored to our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various design tools and capable of managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts that align with client specifications.
• Produce detailed floor plans, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Utilize 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit to create visual presentations.
• Choose appropriate materials, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and finishes to bring designs to life.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare detailed material specifications and associated cost estimates for budgeting purposes.
• Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and verify adherence to design plans.
• Revise and update designs as per client feedback and project demands.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with interior design software tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture selection, and spatial planning techniques.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Creativity combined with meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage projects efficiently.
• Experience in the field is advantageous; however, fresh graduates may also apply.
