Senior Architect

About the Role

An established architectural design studio based in Offaly, Ireland, is expanding and seeking a Senior Architect / Project Architect to lead projects within their growing team. The firm is renowned throughout Ireland for high-quality delivery on medium and large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects nationwide. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven Architect aiming to advance their career, particularly outside Dublin, within a supportive environment fostering long-term professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initial design stages through to full completion.
• Collaborate with team members ensuring effective project delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and act as main contact for architectural matters.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Registered Architect with RIAI or RIBA accreditation.
• Preferably over 10 years of post-graduate experience managing projects successfully from start to finish.
• Expertise in medium and large-scale residential, mixed-use, or retail developments.
• Thorough understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Regulations, which is mandatory.
• Strong team leadership and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with desired skills in Revit (training available for Revit).
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range between €60,000 and €70,000, depending on experience.
