Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Senior BIM Technician with over seven years of experience to join a client-oriented consultancy engaged in large-scale projects throughout Ireland. This role involves developing and managing 3D models and creating and updating model templates to support various project requirements.

- Healthcare facility design
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum seven years of experience in a similar BIM Technician role
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline
- Proficient with Revit, Civil 3D, TEKLA, CAD-IT, TEDDs, AutoCAD, or comparable software tools
- Capable of producing and maintaining precise 3D models
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranging from €55,000 to €65,000+ depending on experience
