Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-premises Architect based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibility involves conceptualizing design ideas, preparing comprehensive drawings and plans, and coordinating with internal teams as well as external consultants to ensure consistency in design and timely project completion. Key duties include client engagement to capture requirements, creating design presentations, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and supervising design execution during construction phases. Additionally, the role requires managing project schedules, complying with local building codes and regulations, and contributing expertise to interior, renovation, and landscaping projects meeting the firm's high design standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Solid foundation in architecture and design, with capability to convert ideas into detailed, actionable plans.
• Proven experience in project management encompassing planning, coordination, progress monitoring, and budget oversight.
• Knowledge of software development and integration related to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows is advantageous.
• Skilled in industry-standard design and drafting applications including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM and visualization software.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or closely related disciplines coupled with relevant professional architectural experience.
• Familiarity with Dubai and UAE regional building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities suited for multi-disciplinary teamwork.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing design excellence, technical skills, and experience in interior design, renovations, or landscaping projects is highly welcomed.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working within Dubai is mandatory.

Additional Information

• This role involves on-site full-time employment in Dubai.
• The offered salary can be up to 10,000 AED monthly.
