Finishing Foreman

About the Role

A reputable Tier 2 Main Contractor is recruiting an accomplished Finishing Foreman to join a major residential development valued at €100 million located in West Dublin. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-achieving team involved in crafting high-specification houses and apartments on a substantial building project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finishing activities to guarantee superior quality outcomes on the project.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades responsible for finishing tasks on the site.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations throughout all finishing operations.
• Conduct snagging, comprehensive quality inspections, and ensure handover is free from defects.
• Keep thorough site documentation, including reports and daily progress assessments.
• Interface effectively with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and other key members of the project team.
• Confirm all materials, workmanship, and finishing details comply with defined standards and specifications.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience serving as a Finishing Foreman or in a closely related capacity.
• Extensive experience working with primary contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• Proven background in handling large-scale construction projects valued over €10 million.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
