Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified architect with expertise in AutoCAD who can produce precise architectural diagrams. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the entire project lifecycle and communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Regular quality assurance inspections must be performed to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings that accurately represent project designs.
• Apply expertise in engineering, mathematics, science, and material properties to deliver optimal final outcomes.
• Perform site inspections to verify workmanship quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Supervise the construction phases and provide actionable recommendations throughout the process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Have a minimum of three years of professional experience in construction and architectural projects.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities along with creative thinking and effective presentation skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software applications.
