About the Role
A reputable architectural firm based in Dublin, with around 100 employees, is seeking an Architect to strengthen their technical and delivery teams. This company is widely recognized for delivering exceptional residential and mixed-use developments throughout Ireland.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
The successful candidate will take projects from RIAI Stage 3 onwards, demonstrating solid knowledge of Irish planning regulations, Building Regulations, and all relevant standards. You will be responsible for producing detailed working drawings, specifications, tender documentation, and construction details. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate seamlessly with both design and technical teams are paramount.
Technical proficiency is essential, including expertise in building construction, AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, Photoshop, and InDesign. Familiarity with Revit is beneficial but not mandatory.
