Job description
Job Overview
We seek a skilled Architect possessing at least five years of experience working within the UAE construction environment to join our team based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- At least five years of architectural experience in the UAE market.
- Prior involvement with landscape design or projects related to landscaping is advantageous.
- Experience with projects specifically located in Abu Dhabi considered an asset.
- Must be a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved Architect or prepared to undertake and successfully complete the DM professional approval examination.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and approval processes according to UAE authorities.
- Competent in utilizing design software including AutoCAD and Revit, among others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective coordination abilities, and accurate documentation practices.
