Job description
Role Summary
As a Production Operative at Sofina Foods Europe, you will play a vital role in the preparation and processing of quality pork products. Your responsibilities include working hands-on within a team to ensure all production tasks meet quality and safety standards efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in preparing, processing, cutting, trimming, packing, and labelling of pork products according to specifications.
- Carry out quality control checks focusing on size, weight, and presentation of products.
- Operate production equipment safely after completing the provided training.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area to support efficient workflow.
- Meet production targets and follow daily production plans.
- Promptly report any issues related to product quality, equipment, or safety concerns.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is dependable, practical, and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment. While previous experience in food manufacturing is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to all new team members.
