Overview

Join the Meat Preparation team and develop essential skills in food manufacturing by producing high-quality meat products that satisfy customer standards. The role involves handling multiple processes such as mincing, bowl chopping, forming, packing, and palletising while ensuring adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate across various stages of meat preparation including mincing, bowl chopping, forming, packaging, and palletising tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, site protocols, and legal regulations.
• Maintain excellent Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) through continual clean-as-you-go routines.
• Accurately complete production documentation to meet required standards.
• Properly set up and safely manage mixing and bowl chopping machinery.
• Ensure continuous control of species identification and allergen management.
• Follow recipes precisely to minimize product waste and ensure quality.
• Perform routine care and maintenance of equipment as necessary.
• Contribute towards achieving targets for quality, quantity, cost-efficiency, and overall production.
• Communicate effectively across departments to support teamwork.
