Role Summary
Serve an important part in assuring food safety by ensuring production areas are consistently clean and ready for operation.
Position Overview
As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for upholding superior cleanliness, food safety, and operational preparedness across the manufacturing site. Your efforts will directly impact product quality and enable production teams to work efficiently and safely.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of production lines and equipment following established cleaning protocols.
- Dismantle, clean, and reassemble machinery components to prepare for production tasks.
- Clean walls, floors, ceilings, and other production surfaces to meet required hygiene standards.
- Operate across various departments including production, chilling, and freezing zones.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure completion within designated timeframes.
- Comply with standard operating procedures, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Accurately record cleaning activities and complete related documentation such as checklists and workflow logs.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to maintain hygiene levels.

- Proficient in spoken English for effective communication.
- Organized with an ability to follow structured processes reliably.
