About POWERTECH

POWERTECH functions as a center of excellence focusing on propulsion technologies. It specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacture of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines serving aerospace, defense, and autonomous applications, including both fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms.

Role Overview

The Production Engineer will support assembly operations by providing engineering knowledge, optimizing processes, and solving technical challenges to ensure efficient production and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance assembly procedures for propulsion system manufacturing.
• Offer engineering assistance to assembly teams and address technical problems effectively.
• Guarantee adherence to aerospace industry standards and client specifications.
• Examine production metrics to locate opportunities for improvements.
• Work collaboratively with design and quality assurance teams to boost product dependability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedural guides.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in aerospace production or assembly engineering.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Experience with CAD software and improving manufacturing process efficiencies.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
