Key Duties

• Regularly rotate produce and remove any expired items to ensure high standards of freshness and quality.
• Ensure all fresh produce is accurately priced and labeled, following established protocols for ordering, discounts, product labeling, and signage.
• Adhere strictly to food safety standards, including cold chain protocols, temperature monitoring, proper food handling, and date compliance.
• Stock merchandise efficiently, apply product protection as necessary, and organize modular displays to keep inventory fully available.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule by being available for various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support smooth store operations.

Role Challenges

• Manage demanding workloads in a fast-paced environment particularly during overnight shifts by planning to sustain focus and energy levels.
• Perform physical tasks involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Execute repetitive duties such as stocking and organizing with precision and attention to detail to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.05 per hour.
