Role Overview

Become a vital part of our dynamic team by accurately picking and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Your role is key to ensuring timely and correct deliveries while contributing to overall warehouse operations and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders utilizing a P2V system within a rapidly moving environment.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and uphold quality standards.
• Sort and store inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and your workstation.
• Assist with the receipt of inbound shipments as necessary.
• Undertake additional warehouse duties, including handling bulk orders as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 diploma.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in fast-paced pick and pack warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with the P2V system.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with clean work habits.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Exposure to forklift operation and Health and Safety Awareness (HFA) is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Grand & Toy provides competitive hourly wages and benefits dependent on experience and education. Comprehensive training is offered to all new hires along with perks such as associate and corporate discounts, plus reward programs for management roles.

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour.
