Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper zoning in the grocery department to guarantee customer readiness at all times.
• Regularly rotate stock and discard expired or damaged products to preserve product freshness and quality.
• Ensure merchandise is accurately priced and labeled, following set procedures for ordering, promotions, markdowns, and signage.
• Adhere to food safety, handling, cleanliness, and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Keep the department fully stocked by replenishing merchandise, downstocking as needed, applying product protection, and setting up shelving modules including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Observe all health and safety policies to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Be flexible with shift schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support store operations and consistent service.
• Effectively manage workload in a fast-paced setting, including handling overnight shifts with strategies to maintain energy and focus.
• Physically perform tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs., with attention to detail in repetitive stocking and organizing duties.
