Power Automate Desktop Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Desktop Developer to join our team in Pune Division, Maharashtra. This role involves analyzing current business workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating efficient automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine existing business processes alongside stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Collect and translate automation requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Design detailed automation workflows, process diagrams, and technical blueprints leveraging Power Automate Desktop.
• Develop, configure, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) bots to streamline business procedures.
• Construct automation logic intricately integrating data inputs and outputs with both legacy and enterprise systems.
• Conduct unit testing, manage debugging, handle exceptions, and validate the automation end-to-end.
• Oversee production bots to identify issues and troubleshoot automation failures promptly.
• Maintain and refine existing automations to align with evolving business needs or system updates.
• Document technical aspects, integration points, and process details associated with Power Automate implementations.

Essential Skills

• Expertise with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and broader Microsoft Power Automate ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation principles and workflow automation.
• Capability in process analysis, requirement gathering, and bot development.
• Proven experience in exception handling, debugging, and testing automation solutions.
• Skillful in integrating automation bots with legacy and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in preparing technical and integration documentation.

Desirable Competencies

• Familiarity with Power Automate Cloud, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and API integration techniques.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 integration.
