Job Overview

We are seeking a Power Automate Desktop Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves analyzing business processes, designing automation workflows, developing RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, and ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and workflows.
• Gather automation needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Create detailed workflows, technical blueprints, and process diagrams utilizing Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
• Develop, configure, and deploy robotic process automation bots to streamline business functions.
• Construct automation logic, handle data inputs and outputs, and integrate bots with legacy and enterprise software.
• Conduct unit testing, debug issues, manage exceptions, and perform comprehensive validation of the automation processes.
• Monitor bots running in production environments and resolve automation failures.
• Update and enhance existing automations as per evolving business requirements or system changes.
• Document technical specifications, integration details, and process guidelines for Power Automate implementations.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and robotic process automation techniques.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and process analysis.
• Experience in bot development, debugging, exception handling, and production support.
• Ability to integrate automation solutions with legacy and enterprise applications.
• Competence in preparing detailed technical and process documentation.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Automate Cloud, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL, API integration, and Microsoft 365 services.
