Role Overview

We seek a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of our enterprise AI platform and client implementations. Positioned centrally among engineering, architecture, deployment, and product teams, this role demands coordination of multiple technical streams, eliminating bottlenecks, managing interdependencies, and ensuring consistent high-standard project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of varying technical programs and strategic projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, architecture, deployment, and platform teams to implement enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Manage release timelines, production launches, and go-live procedures spanning multiple teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and obstacles to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate Agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmap evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders, architects, product managers, and executives to unify priorities.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and operational rhythms throughout the organization.
• Convert business goals into actionable technical delivery plans.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery methods, quality of execution, and overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in setting up delivery governance and program management processes.
• Strong ability to transform business strategies into technical execution plans.
• Experience with developer platforms, APIs, AI platforms, or engineering enablement initiatives.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in roles such as Technical Program Management, Delivery Leadership, or Technical Project Management.
• Track record of successful delivery of complex technical programs, from inception through production release.
• Capability in handling multiple simultaneous projects with competing demands.
• Demonstrated skill in cross-functional coordination among engineering, architecture, and deployment groups.
• Experience managing enterprise software releases and production deployments.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
