Role Overview
We seek a proactive Site Reliability Engineer capable of designing, deploying, and maintaining robust platforms underpinning AI Co-Workers. This hands-on position entails full ownership of system reliability and close collaboration with product, AI, and engineering teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and sustain dependable production infrastructure for AI applications.
- Manage Kubernetes-based platforms facilitating AI workload deployment.
- Develop and uphold infrastructure as code practices using Terraform.
- Deploy and manage Helm-based workflows for application releases.
- Enhance system observability involving monitoring, logging, and alert mechanisms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system resilience, scalability, and security.
Required Skills and Experience
- Practical experience with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-hosted solutions.
- Proficiency in Terraform for provisioning and automating infrastructure.
- Expertise in Helm for deployment management within Kubernetes environments.
- Professional programming or scripting experience in at least two languages among Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Effective communication skills to engage technically with engineers and adapt dialogue for leadership audiences.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience executing software development life cycle (SDLC) with CI/CD, release management, and end-to-end delivery.
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of ArgoCD or GitOps deployment methodologies.
- A minimum of five years operating in relevant professional roles.
- Background in DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline ownership, infrastructure automation, and security practices.
Preferred Credentials
- Certifications relevant to Kubernetes (e.g., CKA, CKAD), cloud services, DevOps, DevSecOps, or programming.
