About the Role
Crown Currency Exchange seeks a dedicated and commercially driven Store Manager to lead their Wollongong store. This leadership position offers a chance to manage a dynamic retail environment focused on currency exchange services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example by motivating, coaching, and developing the team to provide exceptional five-star customer service.
- Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, inventory management, compliance adherence, and financial outcomes.
- Take accountability for store performance by driving sales and achieving key performance indicators.
- Be a knowledgeable resource on travel and foreign currency topics, offering guidance to customers and supporting team learning.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role within retail, banking, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to motivate people and optimize processes for performance improvement.
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for building a successful team environment.
- Detail-focused and confident in handling cash transactions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Committed to providing superior customer service; enthusiasm for travel is considered a plus.
