Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in creating and upholding excellent Guest Services at the store, assisting the Store Manager with overall store operations. The goal is to maximize sales and profits by developing the team, managing expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control, all in line with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $21.60 to $21.85, contingent on qualifications and prior experience. Additionally, there is a college scholarship award. Please note that all bonuses, awards, and benefits depend on meeting eligibility criteria.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements

This position requires up to 38 working hours weekly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The job physically demands standing or walking for over 8 hours daily, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
