Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's plays a key role in delivering excellent Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in all facets of day-to-day store operations. This includes driving sales performance, managing expenses and loss prevention, overseeing merchandising, and controlling inventory—all within company guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wages range between $19.85 and $20.10, determined by the applicant's qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements and Physical Demands

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess prior retail or managerial experience. The role is physically demanding, requiring over 8 hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.
