Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join the Responsive Maintenance team based in Walton-on-Thames, covering postcode areas KT and TW. This role involves delivering exceptional-quality reactive maintenance services within social housing environments, directly benefiting residents through quality repairs and renewal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plastering tasks including repairs, skimming, patching, rendering, and refurbishment across various properties.
• Ensure all plastering work meets high standards of finish and durability.
• Notify your Supervisor when additional specialist trades are necessary.
• Work autonomously or collaboratively with other team members on site.
• Complete daily documentation covering tasks undertaken, time spent, and materials used.
• Maintain consistent productivity to guarantee timely project completion.

Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or a related trade certification.
• Demonstrated practical experience in domestic plastering within maintenance or repair contexts.
• Capability to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation, ability to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
