Overview

Neo Property Solutions Ltd, a member of the PTSG Group, offers expert passive fire protection services such as Fire Compartmentation and Door Surveys, Fire Stopping, and related works. These services support routine inspections and repairs in multi-occupancy housing, public buildings, healthcare, education facilities, student housing, and secure workplaces.

Role Summary

We seek a knowledgeable Estimator with hands-on experience in pricing and tendering, familiar with JCT and NEC contracts. Based at our Leeds headquarters, you will visit client sites for assessments involving site surveys, measurements, and logistical considerations. You'll prepare detailed time and cost estimates for diverse high-value projects and long-term contracts, typically around 300,000 contract value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate priced proposals for a consistent flow of tender requests.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to develop winning bids.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of enquiry materials, site evaluations, and contractual conditions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent estimations ensuring punctual submission.
  • Update pipeline management and reporting systems regularly.
  • Apply structured risk analysis and identify mitigation measures within enquiry evaluations.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships, focusing on new and existing business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Estimation or Tender Preparation roles.
  • Familiarity with pricing for extended service contracts.
  • Strong customer service capabilities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercial insight with cost efficiency focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract frameworks.
  • Effective project management competencies.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams effectively.

  • Location: Leeds Head Office with good access from major motorways (M62, M621, M1).
