Overnight Associate

Position Overview

As an Overnight Associate at Walmart Canada in Huntsville, Ontario, your main responsibility will be to support customer experience by effectively managing tasks related to receiving goods and moving merchandise onto the sales floor. This role involves unloading shipments, organizing stock, and processing inventory ensuring a safe and organized environment.

Key Duties

• Prepare the sales floor before store opening.
• Set up product displays, signage, and promotional features.
• Unload various merchandise types as part of live deliveries.
• Focus on labeling and stocking merchandise in backroom bins as a primary responsibility distinguishing this role from daytime/evening positions.
• Transport pallets between the sales floor and storage for overnight handling.
• Assist with restocking sales floor items and provide customer assistance when necessary.
• Label sales floor shelves and products accurately for store opening.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace by following company safety policies, performing safety sweep logs, and securing fixtures and displays.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75 CAD.
