Position Overview
Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers a valuable opportunity to enhance your retail skills. This role entails delivering excellent customer service while managing and replenishing fashion merchandise, maintaining store standards including signage and modular setups, and ensuring a safe, clean workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming customers and assisting them in product promotion, locating items, making purchasing choices, addressing concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintaining a safe and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety checks, and securing fixtures and displays.
- Handling the processing and stocking of all fashion merchandise efficiently.
- Ensuring the sales floor remains organized and clean for an optimal shopping experience.
- Merchandising non-modular fashion products appropriately and timely.
- Applying and managing appropriate fixtures, supplies, and signage according to modular guidelines.
- Restocking and merchandising seasonal products promptly.
Compensation
The hourly wage starts at $16.15 CAD.
