Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience by warmly greeting shoppers, guiding product choices, promoting offerings, aiding in merchandise location, supporting buying decisions, and addressing or escalating customer inquiries.
• Ensure effective sales floor and Front End coverage by operating in assigned zones, coordinating with team members to maintain consistent floor presence and customer support.
• Maintain neatness and organization through zoning assigned areas, moving featured merchandise to designated spots, and processing returned or recovery goods from customer service and other areas.
• Handle stocking tasks including restocking products, order picking, executing downstock activities, applying protective measures on merchandise, and setting up both fixed and flexible modular displays.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and compliance standards by following company policies, completing safety inspection logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Be available to work across diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting flexibility as dictated by business requirements.

Challenges in the Role

• Efficiently manage a heavy workload amid a fast-paced setting, especially during overnight hours, by planning and maintaining stamina and focus.
• Handle physical demands such as standing long periods, bending, lifting stock or equipment weighing typically up to 20 lbs and sometimes up to 50 lbs, and conducting repetitive organization and stocking tasks with precision.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
