Key Duties

• Offer courteous and professional assistance by welcoming customers, helping them select products, promoting items and services, guiding their purchase decisions, and addressing or escalating concerns when necessary.
• Manage assigned sales floor zones and provide support at the Front End as required, coordinating with team members to ensure seamless coverage and fulfillment of customer needs.
• Maintain neatness and organization of designated areas, relocate featured products to their proper locations, and handle merchandise recoveries from Customer Service and other store sections.
• Carry out stocking tasks, including picking items, executing downstock activities, applying product protection, and completing modular setups such as flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, and compliant by adhering to company policies, conducting safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures appropriately.
• Be flexible in availability by accepting various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Effectively manage high workloads in a fast-moving environment, particularly during overnight hours, by staying focused and energized.
• Perform physically demanding activities such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items up to 20 pounds routinely, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Execute repetitive tasks like stocking and zoning with precision and consistency to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The base pay for this position starts at $17.75 per hour.
