About the Company
Dautom is searching for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Architect / Consultant to lead both functional and technical domains within a multi-country Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
Role Overview
The position involves serving as a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM consultant and solution architect, responsible for guiding solution architecture and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture, design, and governance processes.
- Analyze and optimize current HCM implementations by identifying configuration, data, security, integration, and reporting issues.
- Offer expert functional knowledge across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, and Talent Management modules.
- Design and supervise integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/HSDL.
- Develop and evaluate Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI reports, and reconciliation methodologies.
- Coordinate and manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, cutover activities, and production support.
- Provide level 2 and 3 support, root cause analysis, remedial actions, and continuous process enhancements.
- Establish standards, comprehensive documentation, support protocols, and facilitate knowledge transfer to IT and HR teams.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Holds or preferably holds Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
Technical Expertise Required
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform.
- Experience with Core HR and Global HR functions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Payroll systems.
- Operative skills in Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.
- Talent Management expertise.
- Ability to write and review Fast Formula calculations.
- Familiarity with HDL/HSDL and HCM Extracts for data handling.
- Competence in BI Publisher and OTBI reporting tools.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
- Integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Management of Fusion HCM Security and Role assignments.
- Skills in troubleshooting integrations and performing reconciliations.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of 10 years in HCM or HR technology fields.
- Strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and ongoing production support.
- Participation in at least two full lifecycle implementations or significant multi-country rollouts, focusing on design or architecture.
- Extensive exposure across multiple countries covering Payroll, Time, Absence, and Core HR areas.
- Local expertise in payroll or localization specific to Middle East, Africa, or Asia regions is highly advantageous.
