Job description
Overview
Elite Uniforms is looking to hire a dependable and well-organized Operations Coordinator to manage the entire order workflow for client purchase orders—from receipt, through production, delivery, documentation, to payment collection. The production is divided between the company’s local factory in Saudi Arabia and an overseas garment factory in India. This position acts as the key liaison coordinating these functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review client purchase orders, allocating items to the respective Saudi and Indian factories and issuing production orders accordingly.
- Monitor daily progress of orders with both factories until manufacturing, inspection, and packaging are completed.
- Oversee delivery operations, ensuring documentation such as delivery notes, sign-offs, and shipment documents are properly maintained.
- Follow up persistently with clients to ensure invoices are paid and payments are collected timely.
- Manage multiple simultaneous orders for major clients, maintaining trackers and status reports to keep projects on schedule.
- Support administrative duties including correspondence, filing, document control, and secretarial tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 or more years of experience in operations, order management, or sales coordination, preferably within manufacturing, trading, or logistics sectors.
- Strong discipline for consistent follow-up and monitoring of processes.
- Proficiency using Excel, email communication, and document management systems.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Highly organized, attentive to details, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: SAR 2,000 to 3,000 per month commensurate with experience.
- Performance-based incentives will be discussed during the interview.
- Other benefits provided in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
