Position Overview

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will develop valuable skills within a fast-moving retail setting. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching online customer orders, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and food hygiene protocols. Key Duties

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from various temperature zones, ensuring proper product selection, quantities, and codes for timely delivery.
• Maintain product quality by selecting fresh items and discarding damaged or unsuitable goods; accurately complete all necessary documentation including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Efficiently pack orders to optimize space while safeguarding product quality and safety.
• Balance order fulfillment tasks with positive customer engagement, assisting and resolving customer issues when necessary.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace by following food hygiene and safety guidelines, promptly addressing spills, sanitizing totes before use, operating equipment safely, and performing safety checks.
• Be adaptable by working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support continuous store operations and high-quality customer service.

Challenges and Physical Requirements

• Manage a high workload in a fast-paced environment effectively, including overnight shifts, by planning to maintain energy and focus.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Conduct repetitive tasks such as stocking and organizing products with attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.

Minimum Requirements
