Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper zoning of the Dairy/Frozen department to ensure it remains customer-ready at all times.
• Regularly rotate stock and check for expired products to uphold freshness and quality standards.
• Ensure merchandise is properly priced and signed, following procedures for ordering, markdowns, clearance, pricing, labeling, and flagging.
• Comply strictly with cold chain protocols and food safety regulations, including temperature monitoring, thermometer calibration, correct food handling, and sanitation.
• Sustain merchandising standards and promotional displays within the department.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and hazard-free by promptly removing debris and spills and adhering to company and health and safety policies.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Challenges You May Encounter

• Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks during fast-paced, overnight hours while maintaining focus and energy.
• Complete large quantities of stocking and recovery accurately and on time under demanding conditions.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Consistently execute repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing duties with attention to detail to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Minimum Qualifications
