Job Overview
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, where you will efficiently pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders with emphasis on product quality, accuracy, and excellent service. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a smooth online shopping experience while adhering to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines. Key Job Responsibilities
- Carefully select and assemble customer orders from different temperature zones ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Confirm correct product selection by verifying quantities and product codes while packing orders securely.
- Choose fresh, high-quality products, removing any damaged or unsuitable items; accurately complete documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels.
- Optimize space in packing totes without compromising product safety or quality.
- Assist customers and support team operations by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by following food hygiene procedures, promptly cleaning spills, and verifying cleanliness of totes.
- Operate equipment safely and perform required safety inspections.
- Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs.
Challenges You May Encounter
- Handling large volumes of tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially overnight shifts, while maintaining focus and energy.
- Standing for prolonged durations, bending, and lifting inventory weighing up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Performing repetitive tasks like stocking and organizing products with attention to detail to meet store standards.

Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this position is $19.50.
