Role Description

We are seeking a Night Duty Manager responsible for overseeing the hotel’s night operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction during overnight shifts.

  • Lead and organize nightly operational activities to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee guest check-ins, check-outs, and service quality throughout the night to promote continuous enhancements in guest experiences.
  • Manage, inspire, and guide the Front Office team to uphold high standards and stay well-informed on hotel services and products.
  • Effectively communicate operational updates and hotel offerings to staff for consistent service levels.
  • Execute emergency response procedures following established protocols to safeguard guests and employees at night.
  • Address crises swiftly and efficiently to reduce risks to guests and minimize disruptions to hotel operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Capability to work permanent night shifts reliably.
  • Proven knowledge of Rooms and Front Desk processes within hotels or resorts.
  • Experience operating OPMS and associated front office systems for guest service management.
  • Familiarity with emergency and crisis management procedures in a hotel context.
  • Educational credentials related to hotel management are advantageous.
