Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager in Human Resources to join our team, responsible for strategic HR business partnering across the Resort and Attractions division.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR business partnership services for the Resort and Attraction operations.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate closely with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive corporate culture.
- Coach and support managers and staff on employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
- Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws.
- Supervise HR reporting, data analytics, and ensure accuracy in HR information systems.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably has substantive experience managing administrative HR functions covering both regular employees and contractors.
- Possesses strong knowledge of Singapore's labour laws.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiar with payroll processes in partnership with external vendors.
- Experienced in HR operations and functioning as a Human Resources Business Partner.
- Capable of working independently, prioritizing multiple tasks, and driving HR projects from start to finish.
